- If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to make the process simple and clear.
Returns & Exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
- you can make a return request using our website by clicking on My Orders/ Click on the item you want to return/ Choose the reason/ Confirm the return order
- Or Contact us through WhatsApp / Instagram / Email with your order number and the reason for return.
- Our team will arrange for the item to be collected or dropped off.
- Once we receive the item, we inspect it to ensure it’s in perfect condition.
Refund Method
- After the returned item is checked and confirmed to be in good condition, the refund amount will be issued via bank transfer or InstaPay only.
- Refunds typically take 1–3 business days after confirmation.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
