  • If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to make the process simple and clear.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

  • you can make a return request using our website by clicking on My Orders/ Click on the item you want to return/ Choose the reason/ Confirm the return order
  • Or Contact us through WhatsApp / Instagram / Email with your order number and the reason for return.
  1. Our team will arrange for the item to be collected or dropped off.
  2. Once we receive the item, we inspect it to ensure it’s in perfect condition.

Refund Method

  • After the returned item is checked and confirmed to be in good condition, the refund amount will be issued via bank transfer or InstaPay only.
  • Refunds typically take 1–3 business days after confirmation.

– Shipping fees are non-refundable.
